ASP/Access Database Programer Required

Functionality: We need to provide our suppliers of sports car an online solution to record which of their vehicles are reserved, the date periods which they are not available and rates for each vehicle on their fleet. Each vehicle entered by any specific supplier must retain record ownership for their own respective vehicles.

I am looking to provide some of our suppliers with the ability to add rental vehicles to an access database via the web and keep each of their own
products updated via their own login. The main purpose is to keep us informed of the availability of their products, possibly with a calendar type function.
It would be important that each supplier could only update their own products but we as admin could edit a supplier or any record.

Vehicle Type (vehicle make) | Vehicle Model | Vehicle Registration Number | Current Rental Rate 1 - 5 days | Current Rental Rate 5 - 7 Days | Weekend special |
At the end of each record there should be buttons to Modify Availability (date out/date in range) or delete
PS: Some suppliers make have more than more than one of the same vehicle so the main indentify here would be the registration number.
Other buttons required would be Log Off and Add a New Vehicle and Modify their vehicle record

Admin Functions

We log in as an admin user...mutliple users

Functions:

User admin - add/ delete/ edit

Vehicle Availability - We should be able search for available vehicles via state, vehicle make, location and date range (date out/date in) with the vehicle.asp
As there could be more than one supplier in each state, vehicles.asp should show all vehicles available according to the search criteria selected with the current rates for for the vehicle shown, supplier name, vehicle type, vehicle model, Registration Number. The possibility to show a three month calendar forecast would be required.
