ASP.NET Web Developer needed Kirkland WA

Technical Requirements:
• 2+ years developing production-quality web applications using the Microsoft .NET tool suite
• Strong server development skills: ASP.NET (using C# or VB.NET), SQL Server, XML
• Strong client development skills: DHTML, CSS, Javascript, XHTTP
• Full SDLC experience with both new product and product enhancement projects
• Experience with short and long term development projects with large and small teams
• Experience in the following technologies desired: XML and JavaScript
• Experience interacting with Windows applications, Web applications, and Windows services
• Experience with multiple design methodologies is a plus
• Design and graphics ability a plus

Additional Requirements:
• Superb attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability in all phases of project documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from requirements to on time delivery
• Ability to interface with clients and determine needs
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at a variety of levels within an organization
• Enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Easily adapts to change and works well under pressure
• Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
