.ASP Programmer needed

Hi,

Our company is looking to setup a link to our website where customers will be allow to fill out information and this info will populate into a form which the customer can print out and just sign. I'm able to do this some of it in html but with the amout of forms included it is beyond my programming ability and I feel that it would need to be done in .asp which i'm just looking into now. Could I be given some info on how long this would take, how much and if where's the best place to get it done? Also I'm on a tight budget to get this done.

Ideally what we want is exactly what's contained on this site, where the user will fill out all their information and then at the end they can just print out their form and sign it. https://www.optionsxpress.com.au/new_account.asp
