ASP programmer needed for 3 Simple Pages

I need 3 ASP pages in a layout that fit's into an existing website created with a primitive back end to update the pages via Internet (not FTP).

The intention is that my client can post second hand machines on his website and take them of when they have been sold. So this page should present a list of "machines" with a picture, make, model etc ... on 1 or 2 lines.

The second/third page would be to post "open vacancies/jobs" on the website with a short summary on an page and when clicking the short summary, you get a second page with all details about this particular job position. The other job positions should be mentioned as a list below that job position and a "back" arrow should be available.

As "database" a text file should be used as the volume & updates will be minimal.

To update the pages, a user id & password should be provided.

The site has 3 languages, so the ASP pages should support this.

The first page "Secondhand" should have the following fields:

1. Picture upload (should show a thumbnail / when you click on it, show pop up full size - only the big image will be uploaded)
2. Text Field 1 (max 255 char)
3. Text Field 2 (max 255 char)
4. Text Field 3 (max 255 char)
5. Text Field 4 (max 255 char)
6. Text Field 5 (max 255 char)
7. Text Field 6 (max 255 char)
8. Text Field 7 (big field)
9. Text Field 8 (big field)
10.Text Field 9 (big field)


The second page "Job positions" should have the following fields:

1. Text Field 1 (max 255 char)
2. Text Field 1 (max 255 char)
3. Text Field 2 (max 255 char)
4. Text Field 3 (max 255 char)
5. Text Field 4 (max 255 char)
6. Text Field 5 (max 255 char)
7. Text Field 6 (max 255 char)
8. Text Field 7 (big field)
9. Text Field 8 (big field)
10.Text Field 9 (big field)

Please make me an offer, if you have a valid VAT number that would be great, but is not a must.
