Wanted - ASP programmer, small work

I have a job I am working on and I have a question on something I'm not sure how to do and I think it is an ASP type of thing.

freewebs.com/nhlsalary/washington.htm

That is the basic layout of the project. That is how I want every team to look. I like having everything uniformed.

As you can see if you view the page source. EVERYTHING IS HTML. There is one CSS file for each team and that just includes the team colors and the different RFA (green) and UFA (red) backgrounds and fonts.

(You can see the link to that in the view source file as well)

Basically what I am trying to do is make it easier to create and update. Obviously doing that straight WYSIWYG HTML in Dreamweaver for 30 NHL teams and eventually 4 different leagues is going to take a hell of a long time.

Is there anyway to make it a form?

Like maybe I post all of the logos in one directory and all I have to do is type phinhl.jpg for the Flyers logo and it reads it out of a directory that is online.

I just want the whole thing to be a form like that.

I realize the beginning input would take awhile but, is it possible and do you understand what I mean?
