ASP/SQL programmer(s) needed

New NonProfit in Palo Alto, California matches people with people to provide child and senior care services to the greater community. We want to upgrade our system to allow public web visitors to quickly fill out an employment or registration application online.

We prefer the data to be stored directly in the local SQL server. We want add a private section to our site for registered clients and candidates view personal data, perform financial tranactions, view transaction history reports and to enter survey data.

We hope to link data to other programs such as Quickbooks and CRM databases or link these applications to the main SQL db possibly using XML. We will add an Interactive Voice Response link to our PBX voice sytem using an Intel Dialogic Phone Card once we find the right agency or person to help manage the system.

We are eager to get started as soon as possible, but have had a difficult time finding the agency to bring life to this project at a price that works for us. Because we are a newly formed corporation we may need to break the project into smaller components to fit our budget. We would prefer to find an agency or person who can setup up a working system at one time to allow time to trouble shoot bugs, etc.

We can save time with realistic schema and proper review of current documentation. We want to have three to four levels of administrative security linked to the internal site. This site will be used by inter-office staff and managers to view, edit and create reports of data. The right person should have experince with planning such projects.

Our main business is matching. We need to do it faster, easier, more efficiently and securely when adding the public component. Please respond by email or call to discuss our goal. The ideal agency or person will oversee the project over time and upgrade it as necessary.
