Beta-Projects is a unique dream that many people share. The community (you) will be involved everyday putting new ideas into play. The world is full of inventions, designs, and allot of development. All these new ideas and dreams being created today gave dolor signs on allot of company's. There is a huge market in the world for achieved dreams, it could be as simple as a art design to complex like a computer program that fits your needs. Almost 80% of designs in the world is protected by Copyright. What the community offers is much deferent, we offer the GNU/GPL license for all the projects we develop here at Beta-Projects.org If we make you a software, logo, design or any thing else, it will be under the GNU/GPL license and the credit will be yours with the help of Beta-Projects and the community.
So, what is Beta-Projects (B-P)?
B-P is a community of developers - be it software, graphics, hardware... the list keeps going - who will work on bleeding edge designs and ideas, taking them from the white-board stage all the way through to release, while supporting charitable causes.
Everyone in the world has an idea at least once in their life; few of those ideas ever reach development for more than one of a million different reasons - a few of those reasons being lack of funding, lack of support, lack of faith.
There is a huge market in the world for achieved dreams, the dream could be a piece of graphic art, a computer program, a tool, etc., however, a dream is worthless in the cut-throat world of capitalistic corporations.
It's just after the dream point that B-P comes in; working with you, a team of our developers will help you to realise your dream. After that, it's down to you.
What do you need from us?
We need support/Developers, any skill you want to offer for the project can help us out. It can be long term or short.
Ok, how much does it cost?
Simple, we quote you a total price for the project. When the project is completed, you can donate the amount we quoted or donate what you can afford. Until we're totally up and running, 100% of that donation will go to building the Beta-Projects dream. After that, 50% goes to cover the running costs of our dream, and 50% goes to charity.
Note: If you donate more than our quoted price, we'll give 50% of that quote plus the extra to charity.
What's new?
B-P is currently under development; like all new ideas, we have to start somewhere, we've chosen to work hard on producing a web interface that is easily navigable and soft on the eyes. We hope that you'll enjoy it when we're done, and so we're taking our time to get it right the first time around - our motto is simply "Quality".
