Capable programmer needed

hey folks,

i have a prjoect in my mind for which I need a capable and reliable programmer, preferably in Ottawa, Ontario so that we could talk face to face. But else where is also good as long as we can communicate properly via email.

The prjoect is something along the lines of an auction site.

i'll be upfront, budget is limited and small, i prefer someone who will be more like a biz partner. But if we can work things within the budget I will be open to suggestions.

Very important, i will need your commitment, I do not want you to tell me "thats it bud i'm done, not gonna finish it" half way through"

Also design (logo, and so on) and search engine optimiation knowloedge is required (i'd rather have to deal with one guy for all things)
