Designer Wanted

Here's the situation.

We've got a web design company and we're looking at several big projects coming up.

We need to find someone (or some organisation) who can help us with occasional work when we're overstretched. Rather than look for someone each time something comes up, we want to develop a relationship with a person or company who can help us on an ad hoc basis.

Essential skills would be Flash and ASP but extra skills are always welcome - the projects coming up are diverse. Each job would be priced individually and payment is generally after completion for small jobs or staggered with bigger jobs.

Requirements:

• Flash + ASP + other programming skills
• Quick email turnaround!
• We don't care where you're based, but you must have a high level of English, other languages are a bonus because we're often working on international language versions of sites
• Long term - individual projects will come and go without warning, but we want to develop a long-term reliable relationship
