Cool [For Hire] $12/hour!! - Dedicated ASP.NET/MSSQL Ninja

I've just finished a long term contract with AquaterraCorp.com (pass: KN2006) company and looking for another big project; 3-6 month contract or a full time offsite position as an ASP.NET Web Applications Developer/Architect.

I have 6 years of a full cycle development experience with PHP/MySQL projects. And the last year have moved forward ASP.NET 2.0 (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 development.
  • I have strong skills in developing relatively big scalable Databases, utilizing views, stored procedures, functions, triggers and notification services.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing web applications using a full System Life Cycle Methodology using .NET 2.0.
  • Have experience in developing Web Services.
  • Have mature skills in user interface design.
  • And.. have more then 10 years of IT experience in overall.
I'm oriented towards developing high quality scalable web solutions. Have strong OOP skills, eXtreme Programming oriented (test driven methodology), utilizing best common practices, programming patterns and coding standards.

If you need a high quality, nice looking, accurate, scalable and extendable web application or a web site; then I am a truly that person you need! (At least for $12/hour (or $1500 per month) it's close to impossible to find more accurate and skilled programmer).

THE PRIMARY AREA OF EXPERIENCE: ASP.NET (C#), MSSQL, PHP, MySQL, XHTML/CSS, XML/XSLT, SOAP, JavaScript/DHTML/AJAX, Photoshop, Flash/ActiveScript

I reviewed the 2 applications you have listed in your portfolio on your website.

Just an FYI on some things I noticed.

1) You aren't setting a MaxLength value on your input fields, which means someone could enter 1 million characters into the field which could then take down the server because the application would need to try to process all of those characters. Set MaxLengths on your input (form) fields to correspond with the size of the data expected.

2) I noticed several spelling errors on the sites. People judge a developer on the work they do. If a developer can't spell correctly it devalues the quality of your work.

3) You are using hidden fields on your pages and storing plain text values in those fields. Hidden fields can be manipulated by a hacker to attack the application. If you must use hidden fields, store non-text values, such as GUIDs (UniqueIdentifiers) and validate their values against a database.
