(for hire)Experienced programmer, No hourly rate.

Why hello,

When i was growning up i was always in my dads computer shop. at the age of five, i built my first computer. by the time i was 6 i had mastered the language QBASIC. when i turned 10 i had fortran, qbasic, cobalt, and some delphi under my belt. now i am 19 years only and i can build quality programs in vb, vb.net, c#, c++, PHP,PERL,CGI,asp, javascript, html, and some java. you tell me what you need weather it be, an antivirus, a chat-room a forum, an instant messenger, a web page, database programs, scheduling program. Or even automated mouse and keyboard programs, lcd projector remote control and management software, remote desktop software, etc. You name it i've probably coded at least one. i am open to a new challange, and i never give up. i do not charge an hourly rate. i charge based on priority, if you want it done next day it will cost you more than it would if i have a week to spend on it. If i get to work on it at my own pace, i will survey the project and it will most likely be under $50.00 per project.

Programmer for Hire

Hi I have a small job that I will pay someone to help with. It's writing an ASP/VB script connecting to a mySql database. If you are interested contact me. I will pay $30. It probably won't take a good programmer more than 2 hours to code.

Thanks

No offense, but I find it hard to believe you "Mastered" a programming language, especially QBASIC at age 6. Personally, I question anyone who says they've "Mastered" any programming language.

Do you have some examples of these "quality" applications that I, or any other interested party could view? Do you have a website with your portfolio?
Plus your price of "most likely be under $50.00 per project" is questionable as well...

Like I said, no offense, but when someone posts a thread touting their "experise" it raises many questions and unfortunately people/businesses just take programmers at their word and never question the validity of their "expertise".

I don't want to offend you, but I want to raise awareness for everyone, with regards to blindly hiring a developer based on that developers self-acknowledged accomplishments.

Being blatantly honest, your post shows that you don't even have very good spelling and mechanics -- at the age of 19. This leads me to completely distrust you (let alone anyone) could master any programming language at the age of 6. And as already mentioned, I find it hard to believe when anyone says they've mastered any language. There's always more to learn.
