duties: oversee 4 other programmers in a growing direct mail data processing dept., assign daily schedules, make sure SOP are followed, work on various jobs, evaluate and train programmers, research new software and train in use, assist dept. manager in long term goals for department and client programs.

personal skills: be able to work with a variety of people (sales, programmers, csr's, clients, management), be highly detail orientated, ability to multi task, like working in a fast paced environment, good comunication and supervisory skills.

compensation: salary is $50,000 - $55,000 per year to start.
