How much-for modify new site?

Hey..

i do have an site that i'm not quit satisfied with.. and i would like to uprade it to using ASP, but i dont have a clue on
how to do this... i dont know asp... i barely can use pure html..

i have downloaded a free portal on the net that i would like to have as my ney porta/site... and then you must take the
most of what already is one my already existing site and use it in that new portal...this will take some work, i think,
but not to much either, hopefully.... this also mean that sometjing have to go, and some thing wil be added...
