Work Scope (Functional and Technical):

· Provide operation support to existing Biztalk 2004 and Biztalk 2000 projects
· Develop well documented processes and procedures for upkeep of production environment
· Monitor Biztalk environments for errors and warnings and engage appropriate project resources to trouble shoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
· Act as the Biztalk administrator and be the single point of contact for deployments of new projects and upgrade of existing projects.
· Coordinate scheduled outages to the Biztalk environments, both 2000 and 2004 versions.
· Develop plan to migrate 2000 projects to 2004 environments.
· Monitor performance of two environments and recommend scalability of Biztalk when appropriate.
· Carry pager during work hours and in future for 24/7 support of Biztalk on a rotational basis.

Deliverables:

* Collect, organize and generate new documentation for projects in Biztalk.
* Work with the project team to transition support of Biztalk projects.
* Develop process documents
* Continually maintain mission critical applications on Biztalk
