When Various Industries receives that RFQ they send QUATATION to that buyer. At this part of time Neither Buyer and Vendor doesn’t know each other, but kabeela know them with their contact information. When the buyer is interested in Quotation he sends RFC. When both are interested they request kabeela to give the contact information of vendor and buyer. After the transaction is complete Kabeela charge some amount from vendor.
