Looking for a professional and experienced programmer.

Good Afteroon fellow programmers,
My name is Ryan Wenke. I am one of the lead programmers in TGE-STUDIO (http://www.tge-studio.net), a newly formed
gaming company full of programmers and artists from diverse backgrounds. We are currently working on our first title written in C++
and would love for other experienced and professional programmers to join us. We are tight knit team of only consisiting of 3 programmers and 3 artists. We are creating our own engine (TheRE Engine) and a top tier game which will "marriage" various genres into one awesome game. The ideal canidate is a programmer with great knowledge of C++ and a good understanding of Opengl and directx. This canidate will be able to work at home, but must attend various meetings via IRC or some other program. Also If you are just learning C++ or not, I would glady love to answer any questions concerning a concept or program you are writting.
