looking for freelance web programming project

hi there,

I am interested to be a web designer or programmer.
I am new to this field.
Althought i did a project using ASP and SQL programming.
I am now picking up on PHP too.
I found this field interesting and hope to gain more experience in it.

I hope to be able to join any programming team/group to work/involve in creating web projects. I do not mind been paid at low rate as i am only hoping to gain more experience in it.
