Looking for startup

I am looking to join a startup as a low paid or unpaid programmer in exchange for a percentage of profits.

I currently have a consulting business and I am looking for something that will generate long term revenue.

The skills I am willing to use are:
Systems/Network Integration and Management
Database Development using one or more of the following:
MS Access
MS SQL
VB6
VB.NET
VBScript
Classic ASP
ASP.NET
