Looking for VB programmer

The project involves a VB3 program that needs to be updated to VB6 or VB.net. This program uses Microhelp Muscle and controls some timer and I/O cards. The computer is currently being replaced and the older ISA cards will be replaced with PCI timer and I/O cards from Kontron which the program will need to be modified to use these new changes.
