Looking for WIN32 app developer
We are currently interested having an instant-messenger type application developed as a promotional tool for our site, such
as IRC/MSN/AIM, etc; as well as the management backend. As of now, we have no inkling as to what kind of development time this would require, so any estimations/feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Matthew Smith Pause matts@pausegames.com

It would be great if you could provide more details about requirements for your aplications, because i don't think you need so big software as MSN?ICQ or others are?

what language do you have in mind, you may be better off buying such an application, or considering Open source (but then you have to take in to account maintenance, and reliability).
