My shopping cart needs some programming.

First off, I will pay well for this job. I currently have a MetaCart e-Shop V-8 on my site, and it needs some programming work to it. I contacted the creator of the cart, but he never responded. SO HERE GOES:

I own a company called Safety Video Direct; we sell safety videos, and I have two suppliers. One of my suppliers offers videos in DVD format for no extra charge, so I have no problem adding that as an option for them to choose. However, one supplier charges $35 extra for DVD (I know it's 2005). The cart doesn't allow for the options to have a value added to them. GOAL: I need someone to go in and program the cart to allow the options to have a value thingy to them.
