Bookmarking: if someone bookmarks site from any other page besides the front page, they will be directed to the front page when trying to go to the bookmark.

Adding downloads and directories: Admin can add directories with a description. The main download section will look like this.(http://custom-owns.com/modules.php?name=Downloads) Other directories can be added under that. Downloads will be uploaded from Admin's computer and will automatically upload in the appropriate directory. When clicking a file, a description will be provided like http://www.neo-2-remember.tk/ does it. The file description provided will contain File name, File size (auto), Date added (auto), Time added (auto), Admin Rating, User rating, and Comments. User rating will allow users to vote on files, and will give an average rating specific to each file.
Visitors may browse the site, but they may not actually download anything or view forums or play the arcade. Everything else will be open to them.

I would like signups to be tracked, so I can keep track of where sign-ups come from. So there would have to be unique sign-up pages to those linked to my site. Possibility: put a referral cookie on anyone that comes to my site, so we know where they originally saw it. When their sign up is confirmed (they activate it through email), then the referral link will get a signup added to it. For refferal signups I would like the following to be provided: Referral link, unique visitors referred, unique sign-ups reffered. I would also like forum accounts to automatically be created when a user registers on the site.

For all pages, I would like them to keep the same basic layout. I would like a banner image for our site at the top, the banner rotator script just below that, room for googleads on the left side, and room for a 600x120 (height, width) ad below the google ads.

For the homepage, there will be a "news" section. Make it easy for admins to post new news. Also, make it so the super admin can "Sticky" a news post. Meaning it will always be on top, unless a newer Sticky is there. The news should be automatically formatted. Also I would like the 5 newest files, 5 most downloaded files, 5 newest forum posts. On the left side again, A marquee of affiliates like neo-2-remember.tk has on their site. Easy for super admin to add these.

Downloading: Users can sort files by file name, date added, rating, and # of downloads. When a member downloads a file, they get a popup. The popup is launched before the download will prompt, and when it is verified that the popup has opened, the download will start. Downloading is tracked, whenever a member downloads a file, the size of the file is added.

Account statistics: Statistics are tracked for all members of the site. It must show: account name, account password, total downloads, total bandwidth used monthly, monthly bandwidth usage, # daily visits, list of IP's used to log in with that account (if an ip has logged into another account, list the account), average logins per day (since creation of account), average time spend on site per day (since creation of account)

Account settings for members. Admin can restrict download limit. This is a MASS feature, meaning if it is changed it will affect all members. Default = 100 MB bandwidth per month

In order for people to enter the site, they must disable their popup blockers. They can't get past the homepage with their popup blocker on.

DOS/crack/hack protection scripts to keep site and members safe from any attempts

Two levels of admins: Super admin (me) admin (i decide who is admin). Super admin can create admin accounts and also decide what they can control. Super admin has access to everything. Regular admin possible abilities: Addding files (specific to directory, can be off - they can only add files to the specified directory[s]), Deleting files (specific to directory, can be off), Deleting posts on forum (specific to forum directory). I would like the super admin password to be changed automatically and randomly. A 10-15 digit password that contains numbers and letters. I would like it to be changed every week and automatically emailed to me at l.p.h.3.4.r.l@gmail.com.

Every page is ready for indexing, every single link on the site is put onto a text file so I can easily submit them to search engines. When a link goes off it automatically removes it too. Pages all have the meta content or whatever search engines need.

Referral tracking. I want a list of referrers, [refferer link, #raw reffered today, #uniques reffered today, #raw reffered this month, #uniques reffered this month, keywords (if any)]

I need a list of all browsers to identify spiders and be able to allow them to navigate through the site. They can do everything except download. Must be easy to do this.

Forum: I would like a good forum, and I would like to be able to allow users that don't have a certain amount of posts to not view all of the forum. I must be able to specify which forums they cannot view until they have X amount of forum posts. Also, they may not do certain features to their personal settings unless they have a certain amount of posts. Also I would like a popup whenever someone posts a new topic.

I would like a "site cash" feature where people can earn cash and buy things with them. I would like an arcade to be added and people can earn cash by playing at the arcade. Here is how the cash thing would work: Every time they post something in the forum, they get $1. When they play in the arcade, they get 5 points for rank 5 in high scores of a game, 10 points for top 4, 15 points for rank 3, 20 points for rank 2, and 25 points for rank 1. Can we do this? There would need to be a way to put up a shop and add things to it, and a way to know who bought what, then a way to say I've paid them their prize. Also I need a way to deduct points from people if they cheat. And if their post is deleted on a forum, they lose the point. Also, users can transfer site cash to other users. There must be a transfer log as well, so people can know when someone sends them cash.
