Job Description: The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), more specifically, the Transportation Application Development Section, is responsible for the governance, planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of Information Technology solutions for the Highway and Central Services Division and our business partners.

This request is for the services of 1 Programmer III resource to provide application development support for IS applications. This includes basic services such as problem resolution, analysis, program development, enhancement, maintenance and other services that support the software application development process such as program and system documentation.

These services are to provide Programmer III expertise in support of a Bridge Management application, PONTIS- as well as other similar projects.

Additional Instructions: Minimum requirements: 6 years of experience in IT requirements gathering, architecture, analysis, design, development and testing. Thorough working knowledge of: SQL (Advanced, Mandatory) ColdFusion (Advanced, Mandatory) MS-Visual Basic 6.0 and above (Advanced, Mandatory) MS-Access (Advanced, Mandatory)
