Need off the shelf code

Anyone know of any good off the shelf solutions for this:

1 - Web site signup for a secure area and then payment using "Linkpoint" Payment System API for payment http://www.linkpoint.com/support/sup_index.htm.
2 - Three groups will be sent across for payment, each having a different price structure..
3 - Groups 1 and 2 will be sent back to a non-secure confirmation page after payment...thankyou.html, or sorry html if unsuccessful.
4 - Group 3 will return from the gateway for login to a secure area & e-mail confirmation using the ASPMail component.
5 - I also need a small admin setup, so I can see signups and modify signup information.
6 - A MS Access DB is fine. User base will be small.

So if you know of a good solutions for a non-programmer, please let me know. I have been the round at aspin.com, etc; however, found nothing that quite matches for a reasonable price.

from experience you are going to need to configure it in one way or another or at least get someone to do it for you. And your requirements seem a bit more specialised. Have you tried hiring a programmer to do the job for you? i am not sure what sort of price range you are looking at but it might be worth a try.

you won't find such code hanging from any tree, you'll need someone to write and setup it for you - and here you might get some suggestions.
