Need Php/mysql Programmer/Writer

Looking for Someone that can write php scripts and make mysql databases, I have a script right now that needs to have a few things added and changed to it,

1. I need the autosurf bar changed to manual surf so members can click to go to the next site

2. add a module for a recurring monthly membership fee that integrates with the current script

3. Check and fix any security holes in the script/ or add more security

4. remove a few basic functions already in the script

create tables for the mysql for the new data that will be written, I will also have more projects in the future and possibly be hired on as hourly/salary employee as business expands, so I would like to keep whomever I use on this project to work on future projects as well, but not a requirement if you dont want the future work but I do need someone Now for this Project regardless
