Need programmer for property managment program
I am a real estate rental agent and I need to develop an easy bookkeeping, invoice/statement system. I have not found what I need in available products. Right now I am using quickbooks and microsoft word which is just one step up from doing everything manually.

It takes about three days to do statements.

My program would be simple, quick and take maybe a few second to run checks, statements, etc.

I need a programmer who can see my vision and make it happen.
