Opensource project with crud wages

I'm the team leader from ezboxx.com.
ezboxx is an open source portal and we are in need of a new dev.

This position is as a volunteer strictly speaking. though i will be paying a token of amount $200 a month.

this is long term.

We do have a commercial side that generates profits of which all the devs will get a share (and have been already)

The ezboxx portal is geared towards guilds/clans and other online gaming communities. So being a gamer yourself is almost a requirement.

This thread isnt a mess about even though it must seem like it. we are seriously looking for asp devs that want to be part of this project.. not becuase of the great wealth thats on offer :P but becuase they want to be part of the community.

we arent expecting to compete with the big portals like nuke. but we certainly expect to be the biggest of the asp portals. we certianly offer the most features already. but anyway I degress.

the person i'm looking for is mostly likely a gamer themselves.
they need to have asp skills
and C# if it all possible as we already have a c# version of the portal in early development.
some javascript would be nice... cos I'm terrible at javascript.

we currently have 1 other dev working on the asp portal and 2 devs building the .net version. we're all volunteers.

But we can offer some exceptional hosting if that will swing anyone to want to join us.

Ezboxx runs dual xeons 2.8ghz servers
2 gigs ram and raid 1 73 gig SCSI drives.

we also have a smaller p4 we are using to run our ladder / tournament script for the ezboxx premium members and a teamspeak server.

we are just simply overwhelmed with work right now. we've just released beta 0.7 of the portal and are starting to build the guild modules.

But I need to get our project management / cvs / time tracker / bug script rewritten in c#. I've got a book full of custom mod requests.

we have to build the store addon and a bunch of other commercial addon's.

blah blah.. I could go on for pages listng what needs doing.

so there ya go. $200 a month garanteed. potential for much more (dont we all say that though)

the portal is open source. but we offer commercial services. we are profitable. we are only just beginning and we do have a great team already... just it's to small for the work load.

I'm not expecting the worlds greatest programmer. I am looking for someone that can teach me a thing or to. but as it stands I have pratically trained up 1 of the dev team from a complete noobie and so i dont mind helping someone if they have trouble with some things.. but the last thing I need is to spend all my time teaching again, when the purpose of this is to shorten my todo list. so some programming ability is required. but mostly it's all about being part of the team.

cheers for listening.

my email is Lofty@ezboxx.com
