As you explore the creative world at Counterpoint Systems, you'll join a team of talented professionals working in concert to design, develop and integrate business solutions to address a wide variety of customer requirements. These are the systems that provide the data and communications key to managing some of the world's most successful companies. Required Experience:


  • 1-3 yrs. real-world experience in application development using C# or Delphi
  • 1-3 yrs. real-world experience using database technology such as Oracle or SQL Server
B.S. in Computer Science preferred


Responsibilities:
  • Participation in all phases of development, implementation, and support: requirements analysis, documentation, design, implementation, product builds, testing and field support
  • Maintain application modules and develop new ones using system specifications provided by your Project Manager
  • Respond to user requests for specialized data runs and reports
  • Ensure conformity to established software development practices, including but not limited to documentation practices, coding standards, and revision control
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure the development and execution of appropriate test plans
  • Meet established guidelines and timelines with high quality results
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be required.



Southern California residents preferred.
