Permanent Asp.net UI developer / design position in Las Vegas

I'm looking for someone who has an advance level knowledge of asp.net and enjoys architecting, programming, and designing Web user interface. The positing is with an up and coming internet travel company that currently does 30 million in revenue, and is backed by a strong group of investors, making it a very stable work environment. We have a great development team here and a fun, laid back work environment. Our technology is completely .net based and we're striving to develope a solid system based on many of microsoft's .net patterns and practices. Our missing peice in all of this is someone to take over the UI development, and bring it to the high standards of the rest of the system.
