Post PHP/MySQL Programing

I am looking for a programer with PHP/MySQL for implementing an existing project management system (see http://www.copperproject.com/). The license allows me to modify the source code for internal use. The program is a client-server data management system written in PHP and MySQL. I would like to make modifications to the program to better adapt it to my current needs. This includes adding new fields and new tables. Eventually, I may want also to add compatibility with my accounting system (by creating the right type of output in the right format) for transfer of data from the project management system to the accounting system.
