programmer for a gaming site

I want to build a gaming site for backgammon. The site should have a full working admin, original graphics, the game itself, with all the applying rules and it should support at least 5 languages. I want to have games for fun, for money & also tournaments.

The site should have a billing system, automatic installation for users, very easy to use.
