Programmer needed!!

Im looking for a programer to clone the site leaguedaddy.com. I am a member of the site so I can get basic access for a typical user. The site is designed in ASP and C++, however if php is easier to use I am ok with that. I have a complete specification sheet of what I need, however I can tell you now that im just looking for the backend. I will create and implement all graphics and design once the site is functional. Just because you own LeagueDaddy.com does not mean that you own an exclusive right to all league tracking web sites.

If that wasn't true, then there would only be ONE search engine on the Internet. Instead, you own the rights to your specific design and the name LeagueDaddy. As long as his design isn't named LeagueDaddy and isn't pixel per pixel exactly the same as your web site, then he is legally able to do it. Sorry, but copy right law isn't as black and white as most people believe it to be.

Don't believe me, ask a copy right lawyer.
