Programmer needed for software

I am looking for a programmer to add some programming to a already exsisting software program. I made the program in flash with my limited abilities and would like to add something to it. I'm not sure if it will require it to be done in flash or java. Expereince in both would be great but my main concern is to get the job completed . The software is being sold atm and doing well. There will be future jobs for the person hired to do this work as this project will probably never stop growing. If interested please send me a messege with email or contact if in the states as I will call and foot the bill. If not email or messenger will do just fine.
