Programmer wanted for ccbill integration for dating site

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me! I work for a company that is updating a dating website that is now using asp.net dating software and we have had problems getting 3rd party programs integrated to the site. We really would like to hire someone to integrate ccbill into our site so that we can have a different payment gateway other than Paypal which is all that is offered through the dating software. We would love to be able to get the database from the old site (php....smartway) converted to the new site too, but our main issue right now is the ccbill. Anyone interested or atleast intrigued, please let me know what info you'd need to give me an estimate for the work. My normal area of expertise does not include programming but I can get any info needed from our web developer.
