Programmers needed for rewards site customizing

My partner and I have a rewards site that uses myeasyscript software. We also have a vBulletin forum board, but the two parts of the site are not integrated. Consequently, our members have to sign in/up at both areas separately to participate in forums and rewards. We want one login on the home page so that we can put incentive offers on any of our 8-9 pages on the main site. That one login would work for all areas of the site. I believe this involves a php script.

We have several scripts add-ons that we purchased in addition to the ProjektPBS rewards script. We need them customized, e.g., our graphic logo does not work in the dynamic signatures add-on.

We need a php template for running daily sweepstakes that require a login to enter.

This, in addition to a sharp and professional looking site skin. I understand that some of this requires not so extensive Dreamweaver work and html. There are more details I could give you, but those are the basics.
