Smile Project Help Wanted!!!!

I'm currently developing a forum software called xforums a full description can be found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/xforums/ I'm currently looking to fill the following positions:
Advisors/Mentors/Consultants
DBA (Database Administrator)
Support Manager
Doc Writer
Testers,
Graphic Designers
Packager (.rpm, .deb etc)
Distributor/Promoter
Editorial/Content Writer
User Interface (UI) Designer
and developers.

Can you provide more information

I can probably fill in the role of either DBA or UI Developer provided you're using .NET or ASP or MS SQL Server. Also do you want fulltime or partime? Do you allow telecommute? So if you could provide more information that will be great?
