Seeking parts inventory DB

I am a helicopter maintenance manager and am seeking recommended software or someone who is willing to assist in devloping a parts and tool databse for my company.

What is being sought is a web database that employees can log in to and manage their remote parts inventories as well as view inventories from other remote locations. Also, providing management the ability to view reports of the global inventory status in real time.

The tooling database that is desired would include a complete listing of company tools, their required inspection (calibration) dates, current location throughout the company (we constantly ship tools from one location to another), and a secure e-signature block for tools when received and when sent out.

There are many more details that I'd love to talk about as to what my vision is for this databse but I hope this is a good starting point. My company will provide the web server but for now I have my own server that I could use for developmental purposes. The total number of users that would need access after all is complete would be about 30 (with room for expansion).

BTW - A suitable pre-existing, customizable software application is okay too, if one exist's?
