Wanted - Seeking PHP/MySQL programmers.

Hello, I'm not a programmer myself, but I decided this forum would be a good place to find one! I'm a member of the staff for a small pet site, Teripets.com, and we're currently desperately seeking individuals who'd be interested in a programming position on the site. There are currently only 2 programmers working for us, and both of them have been scarce lately. We'd like somebody who'd be around often:

PHP Programmer
Teripets always seeks talented and intelligent PHP Programmers. Applicant must be skilled in PHP and MySQL. Applicants who have experience in this field should provide if not one but previous employment positions in the field of PHP coding. Applicants who are able to work with Flash is a plus. Applicants must be able to work under stressful, but yet rewarding conditions and must be able to meet deadlines upon short notices. Please e-mail your application that consists of, but not limited to, a summary of experience, examples, and availability.

Flash Programmer (Games)
Teripets is always seeking talented flash programmers to create games for Teripets. Knowledge of Flash/Actionscript is a must. Applicants must be able to create game ideas and themes independently as well. Communication with Teripets artists is recommended to create essential graphics for the game. Applicants must be able to list and describe their game. Please e-mail your application that consists of, but not limited to, a summary of experience, examples, and availability.

This would be a nice undertaking for someone who had a little extra freetime. Teripets.com is non-profit and stays alive on donations to the site, so while we cannot provide monetary payment, we'd appreciate any help we could get from a programmer.

• Scope and duration: full-time, part-time, 30 days, 60 days, as needed, etc.
• Compensation: What are the types and amounts of compensation you are offering

Scope and duration: Would depend. We're looking at part time/as needed right now.
Compensation: While we currently can't offer monetary payment as we're non-profit, you'd get on-site rewards, such as a user title, custom pet, etc.
