Web development can be a daunting task, even for specialists. There is a lot of information to absorb and a lot of technologies to learn in order to manage a superior website. When trying to learn the ropes, developers need a reliable source to introduce new ideas that can be easily implemented. When working on large projects, even web veterans may run into a technology or an aspect of a technology that they are unfamiliar with.

Unhappy asp date stamp question...

I have virtually no programming experience but am learning!

HERE IS MY PROBLEM:

current=year(now)&right("0"&month(now),2)&right("0"&day(now),2)&right("0" & hour(now),2) & right("0" & minute(now),2) & right("0" & second(now),2)

n(1,maxlines)=current

if datestamp then thedatestamp="["&month(now)&"/"&day(now)&" "&hour(time)&":"&minute(time)&"] " else thedatestamp=""

This displays military time and we need it to display standard (non military) time. i.e. 4:45 EST instead of 16:45 EST.

Thanks In Advance,

Ewol
