asp tuterial

I am using PWS on win 98. I want to change my html over to asp.
no tuterail I can find out there really does this. in pws it uses a number of files to build webpages. all connected to a theme folder. most of which have a .inc ending. i cannot find any info on these files or on how to build them. is there a tuterial out there that explains how to do this. Or is there someone that will look at these files and help me learn what I need to know to change my html over to asp.

.inc files are just asp code. they are given a .inc extension so developers will know that they are files that are included in .asp pages.
