Dear all,
I upgraded from Windows 98SE to Windows 2000. This was in order to make the software for a digital camera work. The audio now doesn't work. No messages come up, but no sound comes out of the speakers. It is something to do with the PC as I've checked everything else. I can tell that the audio device is a "16 bit 3D sound chip". How do I get back the audio?! Mike |

right click the my computer icon, select properties, now hardware, click the device manager tab, do you have a yellow ! or ? next to any items? if so list them, and the model number and manufacturer of your pc, will try to find windows 2k drivers for your devices.
