Automatically add new fields to a form

I am building a form in FrontPage 2003. The form has 3 text fields for a user to enter. The client wants a button at the end of this row of form fields that allows the user to add a new row of form fields. He wants it to look something like this:
text box text box text box Add button

new row of text boxes appears below the previous row.

The submit button would submit all data in all form fields (text boxes).

I'm new to this programming game. I think I should be able to do this with asp or javascript. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!!
