Could not copy built outputs to the Web

Hi!

Have just created a new asp.net c# project on my server, but when I try too compile, I get this error message:

Could not copy built outputs to the Web. Unable to add 'C:\Documents and Settings\"user"
\VSWebCache\"serveradress"\WebApplication1\bin\WebApplication1.dll' to the project. Server error: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf".

please help
