Count down timer with auto restart

PHP - Count down timer with auto restart

Not sure where or how to get help for this.
I need a count down timer that will restart at end of count down with message display ie. 17mins till your Train leaves
When gets to 0mins will auto restart again.
Need to do page that uses PC clock as not connected to Internet.
If anyone can help or advise would be real greatful.
