Database application for telecomms company
guys, i'd like to know what sort of application can be used for a telecomms company who would offer online phone top up. it definitely has to run by a database. could someone give me an idea of how this works putting into consideration that when the users pay online for a phone top-up, their accounts are automatically topped up or the database generates a top up code and sms' the top up code to the user. thanks.
