Does this take programming to solve?
Hi,
Unusual request here. I am trying to solve a puzzle and am wondering if it will take programming knowledge to solve it. I am 99% sure it will...And if it does, can a beginner accomplish it fairly easily, and maybe some tips on how to go about it. I dont want someone to flat out give me an answer though!
