Dont understand it worked yesterday!

Yesterday everything was working more or less fine, today I go to the page to continue working on it, not having done anything new from yesterday at this point and now for some reason this isnt working. Its not my coding, but I am allowed to change it especially if its not working properly.

from there click on Add to Cart on any of the products on the page.

it directs you to cart.asp and then instead of seeing the page, I get this error.

Invalid use of Null: 'Replace'

You will probably get more help if you as a mod to move this to the ASP forum.

What is line 123 of cart.asp?
The problem is that there is a replace function that is expecting a value but it is not getting one.
