Excel AND function HELP

Can I use AND Function with a SUMIF?
=SUMIF(E4:E33,"=Verbal Prompting",AND(D4:D33"=1")F4:F33)
=SUMIF(E4:E33,"=Verbal Prompting",AND(D4:D33"=1"),F4:F33)
Tried both ways error is the same highlights D33"
Pretty much strait forward function to follow.
Any help with SUMIF two condtions are true would help

Thanks,
Brad
