Excel formula help.

Greetings and salutations.

I have two questions.

First is begging assistance in the creation of a formula is this formula is even possible. Here is my situation. I have one spreadsheet that is chock full of over 12000 keywords for a client of mine. The keywords have to be redirected to new urls. The new urls are contained in a second spreadsheet. I can easily copy the new urls into the first spreadsheet and make that list sheet 2 if it makes things easier.

Here is what I need to do.

The keywords are in column a of sheet 1 and the old urls they pointed to are in column b on sheet 1. I would love to be able to create a formula that will check the contents of column a and then copy the correct url from sheet 2 and copy it into the adjacent cell in column b on sheet one.

The problem is that the specific terms that I am using as my basis for appropriate url is often mixed in with other terms. All the new urls are dedicated to a specific city in the US. For example; Sheet1;Cella1 might read "cheap hotel accommodation in Reading" and I would want to stick in the appropriate url for reading, pa from sheet2.

Is this possible or am I in manual labor hell?

Any and all assistance would be great.

Also, if anyone can point me towards some respectfull referance materials for Excel formula creation, web or book based, I would be most thankful.
