hi every body..
Im really new to the scripting concept.. I wanna to start my new project using VB Script.. I hv some basic doubts in VBS.. 1.is there any specific interface to write the .vbs file 2.how to use a .vbs file..I have a .vbs file when i double click it ..it will directly showing the result..how can i run step by step like in vb?? please help this buddy in this regard |

Hi,
I normally create my VBS files in notepad ![]() I dont think you can run through the VBS Files commands step by step, it becomes like an exe file in that regard. I might be wrong, if I am, I am sure someone will give you a better answer ![]()

as for the questions: 1. what NF said: any text editor is good enough to write vbscript. I prefer notepad. 2. can't debug scripting languages. you have to manually insert debug messages. |
